Volunteer
The success of the campus-wide commencement ceremony celebration depends upon the generous support of volunteers who, as ambassadors for the university, help to make this culmination of students' academic careers an occasion to remember. Volunteers are needed to assist in the following areas: greeters, ushers, program distributors, and lining up faculty, staff and students. Your services will be needed from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. The schedule for the campus-wide ceremony is as follows:

| 10:15 a.m | Team Leaders Meeting |
| 10:40 a.m. | All volunteers in assigned areas |
| 11 a.m. | Doors open for guests (If inclement weather, doors will open earlier) |
| Noon | Graduates arrive. Assemble in Lot 4B. |
| 12:15 p.m. | Procession of graduates begins |
| 1 p.m. | Ceremony begins |
