The University Book Center is the official supplier of commencement regalia for the university, with Oak Hall as the official provider.

 

Items may be viewed online at www.shopterp.com. Beginning on Monday, April 1, you may order your graduation regalia and commemorative accessories in the book center, located in the Stamp Student Union, or by phone.

 

 

Undergraduate and master's degree students must purchase their regalia from the book center. The following items are required and sold as a package:

 

• Cap
• Gown
• Departmental hood (Bachelor of Arts hood has a white collar, Bachelor of Science hood has a gold collar)
• Stole of gratitude
• Tassel with official medallion

 

The undergraduate package will cost $108 and the master's degree package will cost $118. Items may be shipped for an additional $6.95. If you have questions, contact the University Book Center at 301.314.9231 or mhanson1@umd.edu.

 

 

Doctoral students may rent or buy their regalia. If you choose to rent your regalia, it must be picked up from the book center (shipping is not available).
